During the STSM, ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) in Py and CoFe-FEBID nanomagnets have been investigated by all-electrical broadband spectroscopy. Nanomagnets were arranged on lattices with different symmetries (square, hexagonal, and rectangular). Samples with an active area of down to a few square microns have been successfully probed. Peculiarities in the microwave transmission through nanostructured samples have been observed and compared with non-patterned structures. The deduced parameters will be used in micromagnetic simulations accompanying the analysis of the experimental observations.
